庄子力副教授，香港中文大学会计系副教授。主要研究兴趣为资本市场、公司治理、国际会计和公司金融。研究论文发表于The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, and Journal of Business Finance and Accounting等期刊，担任Japanese Accounting Review副主编，China Journal of Accounting Research编委会成员，The Accounting Review, Management Science, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Journal of Corporate Finance, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics等期刊审稿人。
